QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Izel Kimya was established in 1996 to meet the Alkyd Resin needs of paint and varnish manufacturers. Over the last two decades it has expanded its product range to include Acrylic Resins, Acrylic Polyols, Polyester Resins, Epoxy Resin Hardeners and Polyaspartic Resins.

Today, exporting 70% of its total production to 500 customers in more than 60 countries, Izel operates in five continents. In addition, Izel is the first and only company in Turkey that can simultaneously produce Thermoplastic Acrylic Resins, Thermoset Acrylic Resins / Acrylic Polyols, Saturated Polyester Resins, Epoxy Hardeners and Aliphatic Polyureas / Polyaspartic Resins.

 Qualifications;


·      Bachelor's degree from reputable universities preferably in Business Administration, International Trade, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related faculties,

·       Excellent knowledge of ‘’MS Office’’,’’IFS 10’’,’’ERP’’,

·       Preferably experienced in export sales and account management at least 2 years,

·       Good command of written and spoken English, preferable second language,(ARB,RUS,SPA)

·       Customer and result oriented, with high problem solving skills,

·       No travel restrictions,

·       Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and business acumen,

·       Trustworthy, reliable and a strong team player,

·       Energetic, goal-oriented and eager to learn individual,

·       Diversity of thinking, organizational awareness, ability to think strategically and creatively,

·       No military obligation for male candidates.


Job Description;

This is an exciting opportunity to develop the business and manage relationships with our clients and distributors around the world. The role requires an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with good organization and excellent communication skills and customer orientation,

 

·       Responsible for account managing and export sales activities,

·       Define and implement customer-strategic account plans to achieve sales and profitability growth in line with Business Unit strategies,

·       Execute business development and sales activities, follow up the projects which create value for the customers,

·       Conduct market research regularly and identifying market strategies and priorities,

·       Seek new business opportunities as well as maintaining and supporting existing activities,

·       Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with existing clients and distributors,

·       Ensure that orders, shipments and forecasts are made on time and regularly,

·       Support customers in their technical needs and requirements in coordination with segment leaders and technical solutions leader,

·       Provide accurate sales forecasts to support efficient planning of products and services,

·       Respond to customer queries and ensure that corrective action is taken in timely manner.
