Required Qualifications:

• Graduated from universities Engineering Departments ( Industrial Enginnering  Department is preffered) 
• Minimum 3 years operation or strategy experience (having worked in the Glasswool/Stonewool or Glass industry is preferred)
• Strong communication and representation skills, able to work process and result oriented, strong analytical perspective and business follow-up,
• Ability to perform under time pressure and constantly changing environment,
• Experience with Quality Management systems,
• Advanced level of written & spoken English,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (SAP- PowerBI knowledge is plus)
• No travel restrictions,
• Willing to live in the Adana or Mersin.

Job Description: 

• To support Production Line Units Systems in accordance with the full compliance with safety instructions,  process conditions and to ensure continuous efficiency,
• Being responsible for implementing processes and optimizing strategies involving on boarding,
• Build change management frameworks & implement operational excellence standards across the organization.
• Ensuring smooth and clear communication of the field team with other departments,
• Deliver operational improvements through the strategic deployment of continuous improvement tools and techniques
• Develop training material and assist with training where required,
• Execute and educate on process improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma tools,
• Analyzing the company’s current workflow & identify wastes and potential areas for improvement,
• Following up all the process parameters and prepare reports,
• To support safety culture and maintain a safe working environment,
• Manage KPI’s related to production lines,
