Job Description: 

Essential Areas of Responsibility: 

  • Finance & Accounting 

  • Financial strategy & reporting 

  • Budget creation & control 

  • Accountant relationship management 

  • Banking and payment management

  • Law firm management 

  • Ensure we are abiding by all local laws and regulations. 

  • HR 

  • Develop and execute12-36 month talent plan, anticipating and preparing for our future needs. 

  • Implement andimprovean efficientframeworkfor allessentialHR processes. 

  • Ensure we are following through with our processes. 

  • Develop effective 12 month hiring plan. 

  • Ensure Health & Safety of staff. 

  • Purchasing 

  • Manage the procurement of all team/office needs. 

  • Ensure we have productive, positive relationships with all suppliers. 

  • Manage relationship with Customs Agency. 

  • Information Technology (IT) 

  • People have the technology they need to do great work. 

  • Ensure we have a secure IT infrastructure. 

  • Asset Management 

  • Establishscalable asset managementsystem. 

  • Facilities Management 

  • Ensure our facilities meetour operational needs. 

  • Planfor next 12-36 monthsof facility needs. 

  • Relationship Management 

  • Ensure we have productive relationship with Free Zone and ESBAS management. 

Essential Qualifications: 

  • University graduate 

  • 7+ years of work experience in finance, operations or 

  •  human resources 

  • Experience managing people 

  • Excellent English (written and spoken) 

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
