What This Job Involves

  • Support the delivery of the day-to- day operational HR pieces using consistent ways of working through clearly articulated policies, processes and accurate data
  • Manage the on-boarding process for all new joiners
  • Support in drafting contracts, addendums, letters, agreements, etc.
  • Maintain medical and life insurances (additions, deletions, cards, policies, invoices) for staff
  • Manage the monthly payroll process including liaising with Finance team and vendors and remain the main point of contract for payroll queries
  • Take part in the SRB process
  • Ensure all WD data and transactions are reconciled with actual and local payroll at all times
  • Contribute personally, and through the team, to achieve the HR Business Services strategy and business plan objectives
  • Ensure that employee data held on any HR system is accurate and up to date
  • Maintain employee data through accurate monthly reports/analytics/headcount for stakeholders as required
  • Take responsibility for resolving of all queries for all business lines
  • Ensure Stakeholders expectations are managed to the expected quality
  • Maintain excellent filing procedures, with a key focus on data accuracy and adherence to policies
  • Take part in the yearly audit process
  • Support the HR Operations team as required

  • Personally credible – known and acknowledged as a trusted HR Operations team member with good written and verbal communication skills
  • International, global mindset with cross-cultural skills
  • Remain up to date on relevant legislation and policy compliance requirements for content
  • Advanced in MS Office suite, especially in Excel
  • No military obligations for male candidates
  • Experience in a multi-national firm is a plus
