We are looking for a Project Controls Manager to to be assigned to the Natural Gas Expansion Project in Silivri of Kalyon Construction which is the one of the Holding group companies.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree from related Engineering departments,
• At least 15 years of experience for this profession,
• At least 7 years of experience in energy, LNG, storage facilities project, refinery  construction and commissioning processes,
• Experience in progress payment, planning, team management,
• Provide coordination between construction site, head office and subcontractor
• Advanced planning, organization and analytical thinking,
• Providing coordination between construction site, head office and subcontractor,
• Developing policies and provides guidance for quality control & assurance team,
• Mastery of the procedures and instructions of Quality Management Systems,
• Extensive experience working with Oracle Primavera P6 and Project management software / ERP Systems
• Extensive experience of leading or executing project controls elements
• Expert user of Microsoft office applications,
• Fluency in written and spoken English,
• No military obligation for male candidates. 

Responsibilities;

• Ensuring that the project budget is established, planned and controlled by realizations,
• Following the project work schedule and ensure that the work is completed on time, within budget,
• Evaluate project contracts and commercial terms to ensure that the project controls processes are aligned to address any specific project needs.
• Understanding of contractual language and ensure the project is contract and corporate compliant.
• Managing and analyzing the project plan, schedule and cost consequences in accordance with company procedures
• Update, review, and issue Project Reports (Monthly, Weekly, Daily etc.)
