Your Responsibilities as a Regional Visual Merchandiser at Karaca:

·      To perform the optimum visual presentation layout of the store area.

·      To make visual presentation changes firsthand by conducting regular store visits and to train the store teams.

·      To execute all visual works for new store openings.

·      To ensure all applications are carried out and checked meticulously in line with corporate identity and visual presentation standards.

·      To monitor and understand the sales performance of the stores, their top-selling products, and stock turnovers, and to carry out visual applications in the field according to campaigns and weekly priorities.

Expected Criteria

·      A graduate preferably from relevant departments such as Interior Architecture Design or Fine Arts,

·      Minimum 1 years of experience in visual merchandising in the retail sector,

·      Friendly, open to communication, and team-oriented,

·      Keen on following fashion and trends,

·      Strong planning, organizing, and reporting skills,

·      No travel restrictions within the abroad,

·      Completed military service for male candidates,

·      Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office programs.

·      Proficient in English.
