We are looking for a "CORPORATE TRAVEL ASSISTANT MANAGER" to be tasked under the organization of Commercial Operations. 

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably from Tourism and Hotel Management and/or related departments), 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of travel planning and organization, preferably has worked in a travel agency, 
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office programs,
  • Excellent written and spoken English, ideally with an additional language, 
  • Customer and people oriented, has strong communication and self-expression skills, good at managing stress, has a strong sense of responsibility, 
  • Able to work flexible hours (can get online 24/7),
  • No military obligation for male candidates. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responds to flight/hotel reservation, transfer and travel organization demands via agencies promptly and effectively. 
  • Operational support in hosting VIP committees, arranging ceremonies, planning activities etc. 
  • Carries out the communication between Turkish and foreign travel agencies and consulates. 
  • Conducts the visa procedures and prepare the necessary documents. 
  • Submits the agency reports to the software and follow up during confirmation process. 
  • Manages, control and follow up the billing process for the travels. 
  • Carries out the organization of travels for all expat employees working in offices abroad. 
  • Reports cost and savings monthly and annually. 
  • Monitors compliance with guidelines.
