Powerships have a range of 30 MW to 470 MW and are delivered ready to operate in less than 60 days. Currently, Karpowership owns and operates 22 Powerships with an installed capacity exceeding 3,500 MW and another 5,000 MW are under construction or in the pipeline. We are looking for an “OVERSEAS HR ASSISTANT MANAGER, PAYROLL & PERSONNEL AFFAIRS” working in Human Resources Management located in Holding Headquarter;

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting/Finance or related field,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and expat management processes,preferably experienced in a multinational company operates in abroad and/or Big4 companies’ expat management departments,
  • Experience in managing expatriates recruiting, expat management processes and various employment laws is a must,
  • Good command of English is a must,
  • Good command of MS Office applications,
  • Experience in payroll modules of ERP systems, preferably SAP HR module,
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of employee and outside international contacts,
  • Passion to work in a team environment under changing & challenging working conditions,
  • Ability to travel abroad,
  • Possess strong coaching, counseling and conflict resolution skills,
  • Analytical minded, result oriented and ability to work in a team,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


İŞ TANIMI

  • Responsible for overseas operations of the human resources management, including payroll and personnel affairs,
  • Responsible for expatriate management as needed across Middle East, Africa & Asia to aid the growing organization and working closely with the line managers on payroll & personnel affairs,
  • Ensure payroll activities are in line with local labor law of each country and the company procedures,
  • Responsible for HR record keeping in accordance with corporate policies and local Labor legislation,
  • Prepare HR reports and analysis.

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
