QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for junior software support engineers, who will be responsible for handling inqueries and problems reported by our customer support service. Support inqueries will include tickets related to Kariyer.net job-board and web-based ATS.

You do not need prior work experience. You will be trained on the job, and have peer support throughout your orientation period.

In order to fulfil your responsabilities, you will need:

  • Fundamental understanding of ASP.Net web forms, ASP.Net MVC, C#,
  • Familiarity with client-side web technologies such as JavaScript, JQuery, XML, JSon, CSS, HTML
  • Fundamental knowledge of Relational Database technologies like MS SQL
  • A bachelor's university degree
  • No previous work experience


JOB DESCRIPTION

Your responsabilities will be:

  • Managing support requests in a timely manner (SLA-based)
  • Building deep product knowledge and becoming a subject-matter expert
  • Working closely with software engineering teams on troubleshooting issues and providing detailed input to investigate and resolve issues
  • Managing tickets through the support life-cycle by interacting with various departments within the company
  • Maintenance and development of various Second Level Support tools when required,
  • Programming back office web applicatons to help decrease the amount of tickets and automate work.
  • Report to software support operations manager
