Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi which is one of the two locomotive companies of Hayat Holding was established in year 1969 for production in the wooden panel industry and today became a global power which is the 1st in Turkey, the 4th in Europe and the 6th in the world in its field. Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for a “Project  Executive” in Project and Master Data Department, Finance Directorate. The position is based in Altunizade, Istanbul.

Job roles details:

• Establish methodologies and principles in close collaboration with PMO (Project Management Office)
• Responsible for Process Development and Project Management in the area of Software/Business Solutions
• Process consulting and solution design, prioritization of business demands and user stories according to business needs and business cases
• Work within the business (cross functional and cross regions) to define, document and gain final approval for the Business Requirements
• Work with the Business Process Owner to enhance the Business Processes to meet the Business Requirements
• Perform process analysis, improvement and reengineering
• Analyzing and improving the current business cases and IT solutions in Software/Business Solutions
• Cooperating with the technical departments and coordinating external service partners
• Partner closely with IT for solution design, development and implementation of new functionality and system capabilities
• Ensuring the operating business and the support structures
• Coordinating training concepts and executing trainings
• Responsible for the change management and the user communication in the area of Software/Business Supporting Solutions

• Strong process re-engineering skills and strong project management experience with attention to detail
• Excellent understanding of IT processes and tools and capable of following policies and procedures of the company
• Proven analytical and technical skills and thorough understanding of ERP solutions
• Advanced knowledge in Project Management Knowledge areas as defined by PMI 
• Agile Project Management Knowledge (SCRUM, Kanban, Disciplined Agile, SAFe)
• Workflow and Flowchart knowledge
• Software Process Analysis and Testing Methodologies knowledge
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Fluent verbal and written language skills in English

Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Mechanical/Computer Engineering or related fields
• A minimum of 8 years work and past process development and project management experience
