We are looking for a “Trademark Assistance” to join our Law Firm with the following qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university,

• Those who want to grow up as a Trademark Specialistand Paralegal and make a career in this field or have worked in a similar position before and have the experience to be employed as aTrademark Specialist and/or Paralegal,

• Minimum 1 year of job experience at a corporate firm,

• Excellent command of English,

• Ability to work in a multi-cultural business environment with flexible working hours,

• Capable to work with strict deadlines,

• Strong communication, organizational planning and follow-up skills,

• Proficiency in MS Office products.

Job Description:

The candidate is expected to directly handle and/or manage the following tasks;

• Instant monitoring of daily work flow, recording, reporting and archiving of incoming and outgoing work and documents in the related databases,

• Reporting the documents of the relevant processes through the online systems of the General Directorate of Customs, the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and the Legal Tracking System (UYAP),

• Communicating with third parties for the collection of counsel fees, performing the necessary follow-up procedures,

• To communicate writing and verbally with customs, courthouses and other official institutions,

• Execution of other works related to issuing English draft invoices, recording and filing the issued invoices for the transactions related to the submitted documents,

• Execution of other works included in the job description of the department.

The position is open for the candidates who are located in Istanbul and fluent in Turkish and English.
