We are looking for a 'Logistics Procurement Executive' for our Group Procurement organization, mainly for purchase of all kind of transportation, warehouse, customs, 3PL services, etc. This position will be directly reporting to Logistics Procurement Manager.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Preferably in Engineering.
• 7+ years of commercial or procurement experience in logistics and procurement
• Good command of MS Office programs
• Ability to travel in and out of country

Job Description:

• Develop strategies with Kibar group companies’ supply chain / logistics departments to determine the group’sneeds and create a plan on how to obtain those services.
• Design and manage group logistics optimization opportunities/ projects.
• Evaluate all potential suppliers by making site visits and measuring quality assurance, organizational structures and financials.
• Develop business models and pricing strategies according to group logistics operations to guarantee financial and operational value.
• Organize regional and cross-regional bundling of the demands of the different group companies and projects for optimum synergy of procurement power.
• Technical comparison and evaluation of bids for compliance with requisition and standards.
• Liaise with suppliers to clarify and negotiate commercial issues and to expedite document processing and execution.
• To develop and manage new and existing suppliers to ensure performance of the contracts and drive maximum value from these relationships.
• Define concepts for risk and develop and monitor purchase contracts to avoid risk and warrant costs.
