GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Established in 1972, the Flat Steel Service Center started its activities in industry, service and trade, and Kibar Holding, one of the leading business groups in Turkey, has been making a significant contribution to the country's economy and social welfare since its establishment. Kibar Group operates in the metal, automotive, packaging, building materials, real estate, logistics, energy, food and service sectors with more than 20 companies and more than 7,000 employees.

 

We are looking for a teammate to work in the role of " Performance Management & Organizational Development Executive " to be assigned to our Kibar Holding Zorlu/Istanbul office.

 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

·        Graduated from Engineering departments of universities,

·        Industry, Heavy industry, Manufacturing, FMCG, Logistics, Retail, Holdings, or Consulting sector experience,

·        Worked at least 1,000 people have taken part in organizations with employees and blue-collar structures (except havig consultancy company experience),

·        At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources Analytics and/or organizational design studies,

·        Established or took responsibility for Individual or Corporate Performance (OKR or BSC etc.) processes,

·        Sufficient knowledge of performance KPIs (such as ROI, EBITDA, Share value, Sales or production volume...),

·        Took part in workforce planning/budget or designed models,

·        Established or executed performance based reward systems such as commissions, bonuses, premiums, short/long-term incentives,

·        Knowledge of process management and determining workflows,

·        Deep knowledge in one of the global job evaluation methodology. (EY, Mercer, KFHG, WTW, Aon Hewitt etc.),

·        Knowledge in sustainability,

·        Preferably with experience in reporting tools (Power BI, Qliksence, etc.),

·        Preferably with Experience blue-collar performance and award processes,

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

In the Holding and all affiliated Group Companies,

 

·        To ensure the management and coordination of Human Resources reporting related to sustainability,

·        To carry out organizational structure, career architecture, workforce planning (norm staff) and job evaluation processes,

·        Creating workflow and process maps,

·        Establishing, calculating, managing reward and incentive models,

·        Managing Organizational and Corporate Performance processes,

·        To take part in various HR projects related to the function,

·        To provide consultancy to the Company's Human Resources and internal customers,

·        Supporting remuneration and side benefits processes,

·        To make reports in the area of her/his responsibility,

·        To be responsible for the management of the internal audit and risk processes of the function.
