ROLE SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting and executing local marketing activities, in line with group and divisional marketing strategies, adapted to local market conditions, customer needs, and business priorities.The role coordinates marketing projects, product launches, content management, events, market insight activities, digital marketing tools, and customer experience initiatives, while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.The Marketing Executive will be located at the Kingspan Plant in Adana, Turkey and will coordinate regional marketing activities for Turkey and Central Asia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Marketing Projects
Support the planning and execution of marketing projects, ensuring agreed timelines, operational requirements, and budget controls are followed.
- Product Launch
Coordinate product launch activities in cooperation with Business Unit management, the divisional marketing team, and other relevant departments.
- Content Creation and Management
Maintain up-to-date product literature, prepare relevant content for different communication channels, and monitor website content to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaboration with Technical Department
Work closely with the technical department to prepare essential documents and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Updates
Support the regular update of technical statements, especially those related to product performance.
- Event Coordination
Coordinate and support events, including trade fairs, exhibitions, customer meetings, and training sessions.
- Market Analysis
Collect, process, and evaluate market and competitive data, and support customer surveys and related insight activities.
- Reporting and Administration
Prepare regular updates and reports on marketing activities for the direct manager and regional management.
- Customer Experience Responsibilities
Participate in divisional and local customer experience initiatives and projects. Support the analysis of customer feedback, including NPS surveys and other customer insight tools, and contribute to actions that improve customer satisfaction and marketing-related touchpoints.
- Digital Marketing Tools and Platforms
Maintain and work with group and divisional marketing tools and platforms, including websites, PIM, CRM, and other digital systems. Support accurate content, data quality, and the effective use of online campaigns and digital marketing channels.
- Miscellaneous Responsibilities
Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the manager.
- Compliance Responsibilities
Respect and comply with the provisions of the Integrated Management System, including ISO 37301 Compliance Management Systems, as set out in the system documentation, in particular the IMS Policy, IMS Manual, procedures, and instructions describing processes carried out at Kingspan.Support and follow the Kingspan Group Code of Conduct and Kingspan Group Product Compliance Policy.Support the product compliance team in its work, including reviewing change requests where required.Comply with the arrangements and guidelines contained in the Marketing Integrated Manual.
FUNCTION REQUIREMENTS
- Education
Master's degree in marketing, economics, business administration or a related field.
- Professional Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B, construction, manufacturing, or a technical product environment.

- Solid knowledge of social media channel usage and analytics
- Proficient use of newsletter/emailing tools
- Languages
- Fluent English, preferably C2-C2 level
