Our company is currently recruiting for:

Head of Engineering Department

  

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Ensure the operation of the engineering department in which all technical issues are addressed to

- Give direction to the technical studies and ensure the quality and standards regarding the supplied/produced materials

- Conduct studies and reports on the continuous development activities

- Be in constant contact with the company’s HQ engineering department and manage the adaptation processes related to innovation

- Carry out any necessary action to prepare the license files in order to be submitted to the relevant authorities

- Actively research and assist in adapting existing products to the market demands

- Update and maintain the technical drawings such as Shop Drawing – As Built

- Provide technical support to sales department

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

Officially

- University degree in Electrical Engineering

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the lifts sector in a similar position

- At least 3 years team management

- Excellent knowledge of English language

- Advanced knowledge of national and international standards and regulations

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Concrete knowledge about the design of complete left systems, calculations and components

- Results oriented, achieving and proactive

- Fulfilled military service

 

Ideally

- Experience working on deadlines to achieve expected goals

- Experience in the manufacturing sector

- Able to coach and mentor
