• University degree in Engineering, 
• Lean Production and Continuous improvement skills  ,
• Be a part of Process Team,
• Demonstrate professionalism, independent and organized thinking, tenacity, proactive "get it done" attitude,
• The candidate will be flexible, autonomous with the ability to identify immediate priorities and possess excellent time management skills,
• The candidate has an engineer level with a good knowledge in process management and also a good understanding of continuous improvement,
• 5 years of experience at Production or Industrial Processes 
• Leadership skills and the ability to support, develop and motivate staff
• Turkish native, fluency in English - written and spoken,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good team player,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Located in Eskişehir.

İŞ TANIMI

-  Monitor , control adjust the equipment and tools in oreder to meet manufacturing targets
- To reduce cost and maximize the equipment life cycle.
- Provide technical reports and analysis on the production process
