Inventory Management Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering departments (Master’s degree in Management is an asset),
• 2 years of experience in inventory management/logistics/supply chain management role of at least 5 years total experience,
• Experience in supervising team,
• Strong problem solving and analytic abilities,
• Good communication, team building and performance management skills,
• Very good at motivation-driven management, following operations, reporting and detailed oriented,
• High level of proficiency and systems experience with ERP Systems, Microsoft Office (Oracle ERP experience is an asset),
• Having sense of detail and able take initiative and responsibility,

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for monitoring the day-to-day hospital inventory,
• Supervising the inventory management team,
• Organize monthly inventory review meetings with related departments,
• Following operations, creating and designing reports, increasing the human resources efficiency, create policies and procedures for inventory management,
• Monitoring materials cost and managing materials sales prices. Preparing materials profitability analysis.
• Responsible for coordinating and planning inventory counts. Monitoring differences between actual stock, count stock,
• Works with related departments for reducing excess and aged inventory,
• Coordination of asset management system,
• Analyzing sales and inventory levels to ensure that reorder recommendations made by the replenishment system reflect the sales trend and turnover targets,
• Performing cost analysis, set appropriate benchmarks and coordinate cost reduction activities,
• Coordinate with related departments for inventory and inventory management systems,
• Organizing team’s vacation times, KPI cards and orientations.
