ERP Consultant HR & Payroll

As Su Bilgi Yazılım, a subsidiary of Koloğlu Holding, we are seeking anHR & Payroll Consultant to provide consultancy on Human Resources and payroll processes within our ERP projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in IFS ERP projects, preferably5–7 years in HR modules
• Strong hands-on experience with payroll processes
• Proficiency in English
• Basic knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL
• Analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset
• Team player with adaptability to flexible working hours
• No travel restrictions

 Roles, Team & Competencies

• Provide consultancy and develop solutions for HR and payroll modules
• Deliver end-to-end guidance alongside project teams
• Conduct process analysis, development, and improvement activities
• Provide training and support to users
• Analyze new requirements in the ERP system and propose solutions
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with stakeholders
• Demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving, and results-oriented approach
• Exhibit planning, organizational skills, and adaptability to change
• Prior experience in ERP HR transformation projects is an advantage
