Senior Software Developer (Backend)

Konzek Technology is a software company that develops artificial intelligence supported software solutions specific to the manufacturing sector. We are looking for a teammate to work as a Senior Software Developer (Backend) in the Maltepe/Istanbul office. 

Authorities and Responsibilities

• Developing and testing the software according to the requirements.
• Evaluating software project issues with the team.
• Publishing versions and preparing the necessary documentation together with the team.
• Documenting and reporting the activities related to the work done.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field,
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a backend focused engineer,
• Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID Principles and Design Patterns,
• Experience with REST API, Microservice Architecture, Docker or Kubernetes
• Practical experience of TDD, DDD and distributed architectural patterns
• Proficiency in one programming language, knowledge of more than one programming language is a plus,
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, key-value stores (RDBMS, MongoDB, Redis etc.)
• Experience in Object-relational mapping techniques and ORM frameworks/tools (concurrency, collections, lazy and explicit loading, validations or caching etc.),
• Familiarity with DevOps (Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing and Continuous Delivery) is a plus,
• Familiarity with Unix systems and their command shell is a plus,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
