Marketing Specialist

We are in search of an experienced 'Marketing Specialist' to support sales and marketing activities for our Corn Business in Turkey under KWS Türk. This position is based in Eskişehir, full time and unlimited.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• CRM   system (Salesforce): support development of the system in Turkey together with Expert team in Einbeck, support Sales Rep’s in registering new farms and visit reports, extract analysis, random control, upon Country Manager (CM) request, ensure compliance with Turkish GDPR in collaboration with external consultants; foster the usage of the CRM system.
• Coordinate and finalize content for printed documents such as catalogues, leaflets, advertisements.
• Liaise with stakeholders to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of marketing activities, close follow up of Marketing expenses.
• Collaborate with Corporate and BU Marketing (Einbeck) teams and support management in implementing ad-hoc Marketing projects and surveys.
• Support management by providing sales analysis for current and previous sales years, forecasts, monitoring industry statistics, following and reporting trends.
• Participate in KWS Turk Corn Business Unit website updates and development of KWS presence on social media.
• Organize video and image shootings of products and testimonials.
• Organize and coordinate fairs or field days in collaboration with the sales team.
• Organize and coordinate internal events (e.g. annual sales meetings) and customer trips abroad.
• Regular reports and coordination with Functional Manager overseas.

Competencies and Experience Required: 

• Graduate degree from relevant fields such as Marketing, Business Administration, Communication (Agricultural degree would be an advantage).
• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in Marketing field (preferably in Agricultural sector with global companies)
• In-depth knowledge of  marketing and market research methods

• Proficient user of basic IT tools and MS Office  (Office 365, CRM softwares, Sales Force)

• Fluent in English and Turkish at all levels (written and spoken)

• Good understanding of business, proficient in data analysis and reporting

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, working in multicultural virtual teams, delivering results, representation

• No restrictions to travel in the country and abroad

• No military service obligation for male applicants
