QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring an Software Support Specialist to strengthen our team. Position is based in İstanbul.

Kyocera Document Solutions Inc. headquartered in Osaka, Japan is a leading manufacturer of document imaging solutions and document management systems, including multifunctional products and printers and a wide portfolio of software solutions. At Kyocera Bilgitaş Turkey, we are committed to developing new ideas and solutions that exceed customer expectations from small businesses to large enterprises. Our solutions eliminate operational issues by assessing the user’s document environment and identifying strategies to reduce costs and improve productivity. We look carefully at each operating requirement and propose continuous improvements to meet the user needs.

 

Responsibilities

·        Providing appropriate software solutions in line with customer needs and coordinating the implementation process,

·        Conducting communication with the suppliers that software products are provided and acting as the first contact in the whole process,

·        Managing all steps of the projects in accordance with predefined plans,

·        Preparing all related reports in case of customer needs,

·        Providing technical training to the staff to ensure that they have sufficient knowledge in software solutions and information systems regarding the products.

 

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree of relevant departments from the universities (Preferably Engineering),

·        At least 3 years of experience in creating project-specific software solutions in the technology sector,

·        Fluent in both written and spoken English,

·        Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),

·        Strong analytical, data science, and business intelligence skills,

·        Excellent communicator with a high-level commercial mindset; ability to develop long-lasting relationships with the clients,

·        Closely monitoring technology trends,

·        Able to develop proactive approach and solution suggestions,

·        Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines,

More than 3 years of experience
Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
