Intern Performance Improvement Engineer

Open to: Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering are preferred and candidates muts be open for development via hands-on tasks, executing with results.
Field: Continuous Improvement, TPM, Production
Length: Minimum 3, Maximum 10 months; at least 3 full days a week
 

İŞ TANIMI

The candidate will take part in our Performance Improvement Department, reporting to Performance Improvement Manager, to perform by :
- Respecting Ethics and Internal HR Rules and Safety, Quality, Performance standards
- Assisting to measurement of KPIs, gap analyses and reporting
- Assisting to implementation of L’Oréal World Wide Best Practices Program in the plant within his/her scope to be defined according to his/her skills
- Assisting to reporting of Continuous Project Teams’ progress and achievements
- Enjoying ad-hoc tasks but not satisfying and setting

The position is located in Esenyurt - Istanbul
