Category Executive

L'Oreal Türkiye Kozmetik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

We are looking for a Category Executive for E-Commerce Make-up & Mass Categories under our largest division Consumer Products. Category Executive will be in charge of L’Oréal Consumer Products (Make Up, Skin Care, Hair, Deodorant & Coloration Categories) and will directly report to Business Development Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

o Work as a bridge between E-commerce Sales Team & Marketing Teams

o Follow up all investments related to Makeup & Mass categories and make sure that investment plans are positioned correctly in each e-commerce customers

o Enhance the shopper journey and experience in our e-commerce activation

o Balancing and timing the online and offline investments

o Create yearly promo plan for e-com customers and report realization Monthly

o Manage marketing and promo calendars, work closely with the brand marketing teams to ensure site content and campaigns are always up to date and delivered on time

o Management of listing, submission and launch dates of launches

o Ensure on-site promo activity and CRM campaigns run on time and are tested prior to launch.

o Forecast Management for E-Com Channel

o Be the key partner of CPD E-Commerce releases and new e-commerce projects

o MS Reporting Monthly for all E-Com Customers

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

o 4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English

o Min 3 years of Category/Trade Marketing experience

o Make-up & E-commerce experience is preferred

o Digital Marketing and CRM knowledge

o Trend seeker in E-Commerce, internet technologies and startups

o Intercultural work ability

o Collaborative spirit

o Substantial analytical skills
