Junior Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Creating a brand plan & strategy to ensure all aspects of the product and company’s marketing activities align with the goals of the brand.
• Works with the Group Product Manager for forecast and inventory.
• Establishing targets, business objectives and brand strategies along with global business plan according to these analyses,
• Managing Budget and P&L,
• Making plans and reach to targeted profit and turnover,
• Organizing events & campaigns in POS to increase sell-out and brand awareness,
• Daily communication to develop relations with pharmacists and beauty advisors of the pharmacies,
• Analyzing and reporting monthly and quarterly territory work plans, sales, categories, costumer performance,
• Defining market, competitor’s share and competitor’s profile,
• Analyzing trends, demand and customer needs,
• Managing social media and digital media channels,
• Managing PR activities,
• Planning and organizing all training processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS/BA Degree is must, Marketing MBS is an asset,
• 3+ years experience in marketing or product management,
• Strong presentation skills,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers,
• Visionary and strategical mind, multitasking personality, result orientation, inspirational,
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and managed care environments,
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook),
• Excellent planning and organization skills,
• Fluency in written and spoken English, French is an asset.
