QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
1. University Degree
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position in the retail industry or the real estate industry
3. Managed lease contract processes in different countries, and has international job experience.
4. Experience in fields such as construction, insurance and finance regarding store openings.
5. Has command of lease contract scenarios, risk structures and arrangements.
6. Advanced level of English (written and verbal)
7. Sufficient knowledge of legal English
İŞ TANIMI
1. Together with the Expansion Director to work on the lease contract process, leasing standards, and risks in order to develop this key function in alignment with corporate targets.
2. To carry out, manage and conclude the lease contract process according to the annual store opening schedule.
3. To make sure that all lease contracts are signed within the defined time limit, showing all the quality and leasing standards of the company with the aim to achieve an efficient risk management.
4. To coordinate the relievo; design; construction; and the legal consultancy processes according to the opening date of the store.
5. To coordinate the legal services taken from the internal and external consultants.
6. To make sure that the legal compliance of the contracts and legal documents is checked by the related local attorneys of the country.
7. To get the first general legal consultancy about the lease contracts together with the law department when entering a new country, and to ensure that the question list and memoranda are prepared.
8. To make sure that the contracts are signed and finalised according to the laws and legislations of the related country (notary, confirmation and registration activities).
9. To provide the necessary coordination with the other departments in terms of operational, technical and financial issues plus insurance-related issues.
10. To get the approval of the Expansion Director and the senior management for the contracts to be signed, to prepare the necessary reports documenting the risks related to the contract.
11. To develop the necessary reporting system.
12. To develop the professional and technical skills of the team. To set, manage and measure the performance criteria of the business unit in accordance with the company targets.
13. To work on the situational leadership approach, which is an important HR project of the company, to attend the relevant training, and to practice the necessary project work with the team.
14. To provide necessary documentation and archiving related to the lease contract process.
15. To develop projects about the efficiency, effectiveness and acceleration of the process, and to work on the database and monitoring software systems.
