Industrial Project Manager

• In coordination with Legrand Group SBU , manage a team to realize projects initiated for Legrand Gebze factory from start to qualification of Product/Process
• Directing and managing the departments in the organization (Method – Process/Tool Maintenance  – Project) in accordance with the company objectives in accordance with the QMS and EMS system.
• Planning and organizing Capacity Planning (number of persons, equipment competence etc.), Investment, Productivity and Cost.
• Perform PRI analysis on the basis of main product families
• Project manage all new systems installations
• Apply Lean principles to all operations
• Improving the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the strategic development plan and the culture of continuous improvement.
• Identifying automation opportunities where applicable
• Coordinate and monitor all projects assigned, from initial conception to completion, adhering to timeframes set out by Senior Management and the project team
• Manage inputs to assigned project scope of the company stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and consulted on key project activities, progress and decisions
• Manage project changes and ensure all are captured, documented and assessed for Quality / Safety / Cost or schedule impacts
• Manage on-going review and revision of equipment / process design with input from Operations and Engineering teams.
• To ensure that the DATABASE is updated for capacity planning.
• Performing lost time analysis for all work centers, creating work schedule and submitting them for management approval.
• To monitor all industrial investments (planned and realized)

       To be successful in this role

• You will be qualified to degree level in Industrial engineering or equivalent
• Have experience in a similar role, 10-15 years experience
• Work in internationnal company with interaction with  Business units , subsidiaries, head quarter.
• Working knowledge Lean manufacturing processes
• Have knowledge about basic industrial and maintenance engineering applications and methods
• Have information about work / time studies, productivity and cost analysis
• Have knowledge about production lines and machinery and equipment used in lines
• Demonstrable leadership skills and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives
