Requirements

•       High School (University) diploma.
•       Preferably, customer service experience
•       Advanced level of (verbal and written) English
•       Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•       Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
•       Proficiency in microsoft office suite
•       Data entry experience
•       Flexible working hours
•       Result and detail oriented, problem solving and growth mindset
•       Easy adaptation to teamwork
•       Excellent planning and reporting competence
•       Analytical thinking skills.

Job Duties

•       Communicating with customers to answer questions  about their reservations
•       Helping customers choose a vehicle that meets their needs, based on factors such as price, mileage allowance, and number of seatbelts
•       Take bookings and explain the terms of rental agreements
•       Complete paperwork, update computer records and take payments
•       Follow up customers by  calling, to check their satisfaction with the service
•       Providing customers with directions to their destinations
•       Arranging for repairs to damaged vehicles or arranging for replacements
•       Assist international clients.
