QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Lesaffre, which is a global reference in the yeast industry with its more than 160 years of accumulated knowledge, has been transmitting its international experience to Turkish bakery industry since 1992.

We work to become the closest business partner of our users with the help of our brands which specifically address diverse needs. For bakers and home users, we produce yeast in different forms. In addition to yeast, we also provide baking solutions like bread improvers, bread mixes, and blends to bakery sector. The products that we produce are used with confidence in more than 80 countries, including Turkey.

In order to be able to fulfill our social responsibilities regarding the environment and our society by means of our R&D activities, we annually allocate approximately 30% of our industrial investments to policies on the protection of the environment.

We are looking for our new “Fermentation Specialist” team member, who will work with us at our Lüleburgaz Factory.


What we expect:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering or Biochemical Engineering departments of universities,
  • Proficiency on automation and quality processes,
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office tools, preferably experience in SAP,
  • Hands-on experience in team management, production management and process management,
  • Strong communication skills with proven record of team management,
  • Prone to teamwork with an innovative approach,
  • Advanced level of written and verbal English,
  • No national and international travel restrictions,
  • Completed military service for male candidates.


What we will accomplish:

  • Planning the weekly production of cream yeast and sourdough,
  • Controlling and reporting the consumption of all sources related to cream yeast production,
  • Monitoring, managing and trouble-shooting the fermentation process to ensure the production quality,
  • Developing, managing and contributing improvement projects in collaboration with other teams to enhance the productivity and eliminate cost overruns.

 

Preferred Candidate

2 - 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
