QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLES & RESPOSIBILITIES

·         Analyze and evaluate markets (both technology and product portfolio) accordingly foresees and understands needs of potential or existing customers.

·         Promote sales of B2B IT products (monitors, projectors, medical monitors, cloud services etc.) and solutions to fill such requirements in the market.

·         Establish and manage relationship between relevant business/project partners in order to catch up market opportunities.

·         Develop and execute innovative strategies for building long-lasting business relationships within the business increasing the business with existing and/or potential customers.

·         Plan, organize, realize and report customer visits for both potential and existing customer.

·         Drive balanced performance across new and repeat business through the continued growth of an opportunity pipeline and strategic account development.

·         Develop and implement effective business plans to maximize identified opportunity and achieve performance goals.

·         Prepare proposals, negotiate and close sales contracts according to company payment terms, ensuring that proposals and contracts are prepared in time, without errors in accordance with customer demands and needs.

·          Develop optional payment solutions which well-matched to company rules.

·         Implement regional key account strategies in area of responsibility,

·         Report sales activities in time.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

·         University degree from related departments (Sales, Marketing, Electrical and Electronics Engineering etc.) of universities.

·         B2B sales experience and key account management in IT or IT-related  market (min. 3 years)

·         Fluency in English both written and spoken.

·         Advanced MS Office skills especially in Excel

·         Strong organization, time management, and problem solving skills. Ability to work in a global matrix structure.

·         Proven ability to qualify and drive new and existing business through effective account management.

·         Able to work under pressure, undertake challenges and take the initiative.

·         Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills to develop high quality working relationships with customers, suppliers, business partners and colleagues.

·         No military obligation for male candidates.

·         No restriction for traveling.

·         Driving license (B class).
