General Qualifications:

•            Preferably 3-5 years of work experience at technical servicing at field and online.

•            Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,

•            Free to travel in abroad

•            Have an Engineering University degree, preferably Biomedical, Electronic, Mechanical

•            Should have driving license

•            Must have good knowledge of fields such as word, ppt, excel, mail, skype, photo editing

•            Working experience in testing or handling medical devices – preferably

•            Strong communication and presentation skills, problem solving skills.

•            Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines

Job Description:

•            Experienced on Medical device maintenance, technical servicing

•            Engineer will be involved in testing of our medical devices and preparation of corresponding manuals.

•            Performing final testing testing or handling medical devices

•            Communicate with technical team of the country distributors, and give necessary support remotely.

•            Visit the international market users or distributors, when they need technical training, assistance or installations.

•            Executes technical corrective actions

•            Performs corrective repairs and maintenance visits

•            Provides technical training to distributors after installation

•            Installs, repairs, upgrades and performs preventative maintenance of the LMB equipment

•            Understand customer’s needs and problems (application, technical) and arrange necessary actions to create the appropriate solutions

•            Maintains a high level of professional communication with their team, customers, management, Sales and Technical Support.

•            Creating and maintaining brochures, user and service instructions

•            Tracking and filing complaints

•            Sales support around tender requests

•            Verification and validation of new and redesigned assemblies and devices
