QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for candidates with passionate, energetic, hard worker, positive, creative, result oriented, problem solver and also have analytical & innovative perspective, well-developed communication, persuasiveness, influencing and negotiation skills.
As education and experiences;
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration Departments or equivalent,
- 3+ /5+ years experience in business development, revenue management or marketing functions preferably in B2B and IT sector,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Excellent command of MS Office applications,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
İŞ TANIMI
- Prepare eLogo acquisition and revenue management strategy in line with the market conditions & brand positioning,
- Develop annual action plans to be followed within the framework of eLogo acquisition & revenue management strategies,
- Develop new products that will enable the eLogo to maintain its leading business partner position in the e-transformation field
- Proactively manage the eLogo product portfolio to ensure that customer needs are met and also responsible for enlarging product portfolio in line with customer needs,
- Supports gaining new customers and providing incremental revenues in particular for key account segment
- Analyze the figures from various perspectives in order to identify and capture new revenue streams,
- Design innovative campaigns to accelerate new customer acquisition and revenue streams
- Create upsell & cross- sell campaign models in order to increase ARPU by using all Logo
- products,
- Identify new business opportunities and preparing business plans which include evaluation of their potentials and risks
- Follow the latest industry developments and related events, the publications & announcements of Official Institutions and trendy writer's ideas closely and take necessary actions,
- Working in coordination with other teams such as Technology, marcom, Sales, Legal etc. in order to carry out perfect execution of eLogo product & campaigns launches,
- Develop and implement special projects to met customer needs and improve customer loyalty,
- Monitor the competitors closely for determining the strengths and weaknesses of current & potential competitors and provide required strategic changes.
