QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations or related field is required

Advanced level English (both written and speaking)

Min. 4 years’ work experience in the development of corporate internal communication, strategies and processes, Learning & Strategic Agility 

Researcher, future thinker, digitally savvy 

Strategic and creative thinking

Working meticulously, carefully, and systematically

Good written and verbal communication skills

Solution-oriented, proactive, team-player, following innovations

Outstanding communication skills both written and oral; proven expert writer

Motivated to work in a dynamic, fast paced team environment and energize people

Expert ability to create content and craft key messages from business strategy and initiatives.

 


JOB DESCRIPTION

Define & develop new projects to increase employer brand reputation and EVP 

Protecting and elevating the brand's values and making sure they are consistent with the company's corporate identity 

Identifying what, exactly, about the company makes it attractive to candidates; highlighting key differentiators

Contribute building the employer branding strategies and come up with new ideas which creates measurable impact on brand reputation 

Define internal communication strategy and put internal communication platforms on board to ensure information sharing within Logo Group companies and employees. (internal communication platforms : E-mail, internal communication magazine, intranet, strategy and management meetings, congress, visual campaigns etc.) 

Leveraging candidate/employee-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and employee experience 

Planning and executing internal communication activities in line with the communication strategy, 

Creating content for corporate web site career page, intranet, keeping it up-to-date, and undertaking steps that will ensure more frequent employee visits

Creating content for internal communications, and making sure that the content prepared by other departments are appropriate according to corporate language and structure

Contributing social responsibility projects led by corporate brand & communication when the Logo employees are a part of the activity

Planning and performing sports, cultural ,social events , social clubs and rewarding programs to improve employee motivation.
