- Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities,
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years experience in digital product marketing management and growth marketing functions, preferably in B2B SaaS companies,
- Digital product marketing and start-up experience are prefered,
- Strong understanding of digital product growth,
- Knowledge of online marketing campaign (paid search, display, social media marketing,remarketing, affiliate marketing, email marketing campaigns) is a plus,
- Analytical and innovative perspective,
- Excellent time, process and task management skills, good analytical skills,
- Dynamic and result-oriented with high awareness,
- Prone to agile working principles,
- Attentive to the language used within the company.

Logo İşbaşı empowers micro-small businesses to efficiently manage their operations from anywhere with internet access, ensuring speed, simplicity, and reliability. With its user-friendly interface and intuitive design, Logo İşbaşı requires no training or installation, allowing businesses to handle fundamental preliminary accounting tasks effortlessly. Furthermore, by harnessing Logo İşbaşı's industry integrations, businesses can enhance their productivity and elevate their operational efficiency to new heights.
What we expect from the Senior Marketing Specialist;
- Creating the digital marketing budget for new acquisition & retention, designing & monitoring digital marketing campaigns. (Sem, Seo and Social Media)
- Creating and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase the conversion of trial memberships into paid subscriptions.
- Leading periodic meetings with the digital marketing agency and making decisions that will lead to member/subscriber growth.
- Supporting the management of the website where the membership/subscription begins and supporting to improve customer experience both for the website and mobile applications.
- Supporting on preparing sales and marketing budget and executing plans to see the results inline with desired budgets.
- Developing strategic actions and designing campaigns to achieve the targeted number of customers and revenue.
- Monitoring and reporting weekly/monthly achieved revenue and trials/subscribers base.
- Supporting the management of sales channels, meeting new potentials and managing the signing process.
- Supporting the quality and performance management of telesales operations, and collaborating with the related teams.
- Designing marketing communication plan and working with interaction designers and agencies to finalize marcom assets.
- Executing the marketing communication strategy for the brand/product . (Post,Email, SMS, push notification, pop-up, etc.)
- Providing support on managing the social media acounts of the product
