Hotel Loading and Booking Specialist (Fethiye)

We are looking for a 'Hotel Loading and Booking Specialist' to our company who resides in Fethiye! 

Tasks:

·       Make regular content definitions of the contracted accommodation products into the system

·       Able to perform contract loading and evaluating the details

·       To follow quotas and stop sales

·       Define and load the actions coming to the facilities into the system and follow the accuracy of the necessary steps

·       To ensure that the contents of the existing products are constantly up-to-date

·       Follow-up all reservation requirements of the business partners abroad and document them on the B2B internal panel

·       Able to analyze the price and quota status of the facilities defined in the system against competitors

·       Responsible to compare and contrast the pricing and pricing ranking after discounts

Requirements:

·       Resident in Fethiye-Muğla is a MUST!

·       University degree or equivalent experience

·       1-2 years proven work experience

·       Knowledge of Extranet and has a good command use of MS Office especially MS Excel

·       Good at written and spoken English

·       Good IT-Applications user experience; ability to perform work using a computer and telephone

·       Proactive, independent worker with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate, and work well with others

·       Ability to learn quickly and handle complexity, change, and ambiguity

·       Flexible work style with the proven ability to collaborate with a team

·       Proven communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and phone) with the ability to work with all levels of employee
