Design Manager

We are looking for talented teammate with the following qualifications to join us

in our Çankırı / Yakınkent OSB office to be assigned to our prestigious

international project

 Graduated from Civil & Structural Engineering departments of universities,

 Min. 15 years of experience

 Fluent in English,

 Experience in industrial projects and able to use the finite elements and

structural design programs at an advanced level, (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS,

STAAD.Pro , ideCAD , Tekla , Navisworks ).

 Control and coordinate structural designs for concrete, steel, masonry etc…

 Perform and Check load calculations and stress analysis for safety and

durability.

 Develop structural plans , technical specifications, and engineering drawings.

 Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.

 Strong knowledge of building codes and standards (Eurocodes , Turkish

standards). Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and

environmental regulations

 Control and coordinate structural design according to Turkish regulations and

implementing revisions at the structural projects.

 Coordinating structural design with other disciplines ( architectural , mechanical ,

electrical etc…)

 Evaluate value engineering options

 Develop and implement the design program, ensuring milestones are met.

 Coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical design packages.

 Review design deliverables for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with

codes.

 Ensure integration of BIM models and digital tools into the design workflow.

 Establish design review procedures and quality benchmarks.

 Conduct technical audits of drawings and specifications.

 Ensure sustainability targets (e.g., energy efficiency, material selection) are

embedded in designs.

 Support site teams with design clarifications and revisions during construction.

 Identify design risks early and propose mitigation strategies.

 Monitor adherence to health and safety standards during design development.

 Maintain audit trails of design changes and approvals.

 Align design solutions with project budgets and financial constraints.

 Evaluate value engineering options

 Manage external consultants and subcontractors, ensuring cost-effective design

delivery.

 Track design-related expenditures and report variances to project leadership.

 Establish design review procedures and quality benchmarks.

 Resolve design conflicts between disciplines (e.g., structural vs. MEP).

 Ensure smooth handover of design documentation at project completion.

 Proficient in MS Office programs and Autocad ,

 No domestic and international travel restrictions,

 Male candidates must have completed military service,
