QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a high caliber "Payroll Manager" who ideally is / has ; 

- Bachelor’s degree; 

- Minimum 10 years experience in multinational and customer focused environment, preferably in Payroll and / or Human Resources 

- Strong knowledge about payroll process and Turkish Labour Law 

- Strong communication, team management and interpersonal skills. 

- Analytic, problem solver, decisive and flexible, 

- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.


- Accompany and monitor Payroll's key processes, supporting and / or forming the business and business support areas in the operationalization of processes, identifying nonconformities, proposing corrective or improvement plans and / or new processes, ensuring greater process efficiency and compliance in all areas of ManpowerGroup 

- Coordinate, execute and monitor the projects in their area, monitoring implementation and implementation, acting in a timely manner on possible deviations, to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, deadlines and costs, in order to comply with the plan defined for their area 

- To carry out and follow up the communication processes to Social Security (admissions, terminations, withdrawals, licenses), the integration of pawns in the computer system, the preparation and sending of official institutional maps, as well as timely response to external entities in their area of activity (social security, insurance maps, unions, court applications, among others) to ensure compliance with legal deadlines and requirements, as well as the reliability of the information 

- Supervise the reception and integration of Human Resources management information from the business and business support areas and the quality of the response in the form of analyzes and reports, to ensure the reliability of the information produced, correct salary processing and compliance with deadlines and legal requirements 

- Analyze and monitor the complaints of external employees regarding processing (deductions to social security, expenses, absences, etc.) and, in case of rectification, follow the process up to the correct update, to ensure the correctness of the process and the fulfillment of all internal procedures and legal requirements 

- Carry out the activity report of their area of responsibility for the Back Office Director, using the defined communication channels, in articulation with the rest of the team so that they feel involved and responsible for the results, in order to ensure that the defined goals are fulfilled and that customer service is provided with the desired quality 

- To monitor the performance of the team members who are related to their area of responsibility, defining their work plan, ensuring their motivation and performance feedback, in order to promote their development, productivity and alignment with the goals of the area and the Group - Control compliance with procedures necessary for the proper functioning of the Quality Management System 

- To ensure the identification of employees' obligations with access to data, in particular the ManpowerGroup specific principles of ethics and confidentiality and compliance with the GDPR, as well as the principles and / or procedures contracted with customers
