Digital Product Manager(Temporary)

We are looking for a 'Digital Product Manager' , for our multinational client which is loc in healthcare sector.

General Characteristics:

•        Minimum university degree
•        Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Management in Pharmaceutical or Medical device industry (Desirable: OTC or medical device market experience); track record in digital project management with min 1 years’ experience in digital marketing roles; knowledge of Marketing Methodology for pharma, healthcare or related industries.
•        Knowledge of digital techniques (e.g. website, email marketing, eDetailing, mobile, apps) with a strong track record of delivery in at least one of these areas
•        Knowledge of digital and multichannel trends and best practices in pharma and  non-pharma industries
•        Ability to keep up to date with new, rapidly changing technologies and trends
•        Experience working collaboratively in matrix structure
•        Excellent communication and influencing skills
•        Performance focused mind-set with results-oriented approach
•        Proactive and displays urgency to meet business needs

•        Strong, relevant network with digital agencies 

Job Description:

       Designs, Implements and Maintains a digital & multi-channel plans in line with global strategy and local capabilities and needs:

•        Designs and embeds multi-channel planning strategy/ framework and tools to  better understand Health Care Professionals and key stakeholders in personalized, integrated customer experiences which leverage the appropriate communication channels; both under the coverage of sales force and non-covered customers.
•        Implement new Go-To-Market strategies shaping new innovative “Glocal”-ready business models based on omnichannel approaches, re-thinking the sales reps’ interactions with customers, increasing sales force productivity and performance,
•        Leads the deployment of regional and local digital projects and multichannel campaign in line with the global digital & multichannel roadmap and measuring business impact (KPIs, ROI, and Analytics).
•        Works with the Brand Managers to build and implement multichannel strategy and roll-out plan for existing brands and new products launches
•        Provides the appropriate tools, market insights and support to the Brand Managers and Sales Force Teams during the annual Brand Plan processes to plan and implement an effective Digital Programs
•        Ensure global/regional digital policies, procedures, guides, benchmarks and tools are implemented to enable the consistent, effective and compliant delivery of digital and multichannel programs
