QUALIFICATIONS

• Management of related customer quality team,
• Coordination and follow-up of Q-issues of the customer,
• Quality meetings and presentations at customer site,
• Regular check up and analysis of customer satisfaction,
• Handling and analysis of complains (Cause, failure mode, risk evaluation concerning warranty and product liability),
• Initiation of immediate action (sorting, rework) at the customer according to related group standard procedure, management and surveillance of employees,
• Coordination of customer contacts with Automotive Lighting & Sensing contacts and plants,
• Maintenance of customer information systems,
• Documentation and customer presentations,
• Quality discussions with customers,
• Failure diagnosis, failure analysis and follow up of weak points with departments and plants,
• Coordination of warranty processes (AL&S internal and with customer),
• Warranty negotiations with customer,
• Related Customer Supplier Quality KPI follow up and weekly reporting to the management of KPI trend trying to anticipate Customer score degradation,

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for "Customer Quality Manager" for the worldwide coordination of Q-topics (0-km and field) of related customer. Technical support and advice of customer departments in quality issues, interface with internal positions. Decision about rejection or acknowledgement of given failure parts, initiation of immediate action according to QCF guideline, written communication with customer within given task.
