Asset Performance Engineer

·      Conducting data capture, integration, visualization and analytics studies to provide support to condition monitoring, predictive forecasting and reliability centered maintenance programs;

·      Processing high quantities of wind data using various software and computational models, conducting short and medium term wind power generation forecasts;

·      Processing hydrological and technical data using various software and computational models for hydro generation forecasting and optimum cascade operation of HEPPs;  

·      Regularly travelling to site destinations, cooperate with field O&M team for operations optimization and monitoring; 

·      Reviewing asset performance targets, monitoring and reporting performance against plans;

·      Following up on budgets and analyzing deviations;

·      Contributing to the preparation of business and work plans to achieve technical deliverables;

·      Developing and maintaining risk management tools and risk based prioritization models in cooperation with plant operation teams to allow consistent and robust corrective action, preventive action and CAPEX planning;

·      Providing support to preparing and conducting monthly project risk review, monthly asset performance review, monthly business review reports;

·      Providing support to prudent and efficient justification of improvement studies including renovation/replacement/refurbishment, compliance and reliability projects (CAPEX) and maintenance (OPEX) for specific asset classes;

·      Providing technical support to electricity trading process to achieve optimum dispatch schedule;

·      Providing technical and commercial support to evaluation of potential asset considerations;

·      Seeking ways to minimize O&M expenses, decrease marginal cost of electricity generation;

·      Providing support to relevant departments on achieving health, safety, environmental, and quality targets to comply with governmental obligations, responsibilities to stakeholders and related standards;

·      Following of service contracts with third parties, analyzing deviations and mitigation measures;

·      Providing support to utilization of asset performance management tools of the company;

·      Assisting to development of best practice asset management standards for specific asset classes, preparation and implementation of quality procedures (ISO 55001 etc.);

·      Working on development, integration and implementation of system and asset class policies, strategies, plans, and programs to ensure optimal life cycle performance of the fleet.

·      Preparing and/or reviewing periodical reports on the company asset related performance and efficiency;

·      Provide witnessing support and advice during factory acceptance testing and confirmation of technical performance;

·      Establishing effective liaison with internal finance, trading, business development departments to track and ensure monthly / quarterly / yearly production numbers are in line with year to date targets;

·      Providing support to preparing and managing detailed schedules / plans and physical progress reports of new investments and/or subprojects projects during execution phase;

·      Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in the management of specific asset classes;
