We are currently seeking a "Marketing Communications and Brand Assistant Manager " for our firm which operates for Service Sector . 

Qualifications; 

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable, top-tier university in Marketing, Business or relevant field, MBA or a relevant master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum 8 years hands on experience on marketing communications and brand management 
• Minimum 4 years team management experience
• Dynamic, self motivated, good at keeping his/her team’s motivation high
• Very good communication skills 
• Good at analytical skills 
• Fluency in English 
• Good at MS Office programs 

Job Description; 

• Be responsible for the marketing and brand management of our products 
• Prepare and update all kind of marketing communication materials 
• Be responsible for the management of marketing agencies especially the creative agency 
• Develop product marketing campaigns
• Manage the campaign process from beginning to end including idea creation, making feasibility analysis, preparing marcom materials, sending customer emails, sms, push notifications, monitoring and regularly reporting the campaign results, taking actions if necessary according to the KPIs of the campaign 
• Regularly make benchmark analysis on competitors’ campaigns and marcom activities
• Provide that product and marketing contents such as product offers, points of sales, product campaigns in all related digital platforms such as corporate web site, mobil applications, etc. 
• Manage product launch processes 
• Manage customer insight and brand researches and surveys 
• Be responsible for managing product marketing projects and cooperation 
• Design and execute award campaigns in order to support performance of sales teams 
• Work in collaboration with customer experience team on customer complaints related to marketing set-ups and campaigns  
• Be responsible for the marketing and brand management budget 
• Be responsible for the management and performance of the his/her team
