Our Medical Assistance Case Handlers support customers and clients in many different languages and are the first point of contact of our clients worldwide (including medical providers). The Agents must anticipate and meet the needs of our client as well as coordinate interdepartmental works, consistently delivering a high quality service and committing to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Excellent team player and result oriented approaches
• Native in Turkish
• Fluent Speaker of English (both spoken & written)
• Excellent case managing, tracking and time management skills
• Experience in a customer focused role
• Experience in call center environment
• Strong in meeting deadlines 
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office ( MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)

Responsibilities:

• Responding incoming query calls regarding operational actions
• Team-up with our in-house medical team in coordinating client`s operational arrangements
• Commit to the department's service standards and KPI’s
• Following up individual and corporate assistance cases
• Providing customer service to clients and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Reporting in daily case handling processes
• Flexible to work within our rotating shifts.
