QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• • University degree from a reputable university in Business, Economics, Engineering or relevant field.
• 3-5 years of business experience at marketing department in a digital marketing position or at media agencies
• Digital Marketing MSc or Certificate is a plus
• An excellent level of written and spoken English
• Experience in paid digital marketing channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Retargeting, Affiliate, Tiktok.
• Online branding & programmatic media buying experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills - the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data,
• Good presentation skills 

JOB DESCRIPTION

CGV MARS CINEMA GROUP is Turkey’s largest cinema exhibitor of Paribu Cineverse. The organization aims to establish and operate the most diverse and innovative enterprises in the entertainment industry. 

 We are looking for "Digital Marketing Senior Specialist" who is able to conduct the following processes in our Marketing Department;

-        Define & drive the strategy to grow audiences and user engagement on Paribu Cineverse Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok and other emerging channels with a tailored approach for each, including paid boosting for Meta 

-        Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROIand other specific KPIs). Monitor website and social media analytics and create marketing reports.

-        Develop & implement new strategic initiatives to drive two-way conversations with followers to create engaging, clickable, shareable social content that encourages virility and ensures the brand remains a top-of-mind source for cinema and entertainment 

-        Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end online customer experience.

-        Design and conduct rigorous A/B experiments to test digital communication assets

-        In-depth understanding of social media platforms, their protocols and analytics

-        Produce digital media content to increase brand loyalty,

-        Working in cooperation with the agencies and related teams,

-        Measure performance of digital marketing efforts by evaluating the agency reports

-        Support all Marketing activities including content marketing, events, social media, email marketing and more, • Develop & implement new strategic initiatives to drive two-way conversations with followers to create engaging, clickable, shareable social content that encourages virility and ensures the brand remains a top-of-mind source for cinema and entertainment
