We are looking for a curious, analytical and proactive team member who is interested in the film and entertainment industry and eager to develop expertise ininternational content acquisition, film distribution and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in film distribution, content acquisition, media, entertainment or a related industry.
• Interest in and good understanding of the cinema, film and digital content ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with an interest in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good MS Office / Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and evaluation of films and alternative content from international markets.
• Support communication and relationship management with international film buyers and foreign content providers.
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of commercial agreements and terms with international content providers.
• Prepare and analyze P&L and P&A reports before, during and after film releases.
• Coordinate with foreign companies regarding material localization, subtitling and other technical requirements.
• Support age rating / classification applications for foreign films.
• Assist in organizing press screenings for foreign films.
• Support the follow-up of anti-piracy activities related to foreign films.
• Prepare weekly and monthly film distribution financial reports and support film performance analysis.
• Compare actual results against budget and targets and prepare variance analyses.
• Support the preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Prepare and maintain relevant film distribution and performance reports.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of film acquisition and distribution processes.
