We are currently looking for "Inventory Optimisation Engineer" based in Bursa.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field,
• Min 6 years experience in supply chain processes and deep knowledge of planning, and inventory management/optimization,
• Personally, a hugely passionate advocate of the IBP process elements (S&OP, IO, Response, and Supply) – ability to engage, build rapport and help users see the art of the possible in this area,
• Having strong knowledge in SAP tools (ERP, IBP) and planning modules (PP, PPDS), supported with execution modules experience (MM, SD),
• Strong planning and organizational skills,
• Strong leadership abilitiesProactive and results-oriented approach,
• Openness to new ideas,
• Strategic mindset to drive effective and sustainable solutions,
• Adaptability and flexibility,
• Strong business partnership and interpersonal skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Implementation of advanced enterprise software, such as the SAP Integrated Business,
• Planning for Supply Chain (SAP IBP) solution, cultural change for adapting new IBP concepts,
• Manage SAP IBP "Inventory optimization" tool and system parameters,
• Report Performance metrics – on time, stock-outs, and inventory levels (excess and obsolete),
• Analyzing the inventory level optimization and making recommendations to the procurement and planning departments,
• Regular contacts with the plant logistics leaders to ensure alignment between the strategy and execution of field activities,
• Centralization, optimization, standardization, and integration of inventory across all business units and functions according to the supply chain roadmap,
• Collaboration with all related functions and plant logistics teams to optimize the freight network & capacity at the lowest cost and fulfilling business objectives,
• Establishing a single source of truth across the organization in real-time,
• Strategy Improvement, Risk Management, and Best Practice Implem.
