Qualifications.

• Graduated from Mechanical, Metallurgy and Materials, Industry, Textle , Automotive ,Manufacturing Engineering departments of universities,
• At least 2 years of experience in quality in the automotive industry,
• Good command of English,
• Able to use Microsoft Office programs and experienced in SAP, QM,
• To be able to interpret technical drawings, technical specifications, measurement and test techniques,
• Knowledge of basic quality tools, FMEA, 8D, PPAP, control plan, SPC competencies,
• Result oriented, high persuasiveness,
• Advanced analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills,
• Strong organizational and referral skills,
• Quick decision making and creating practical solutions,
• Residing in Kütahya

Job Description

• Being responsible for the functioning of the process quality process, 
• Verifying the compliance of the product with the desired quality standards through quality indicators,
• Analyzing internal problems and customer-reported issues, taking actions, and monitoring them,
• Conducting quality and process improvement activities, 
• Generating solutions for encountered errors and informing the relevant team,
• Conducting improvement activities required by projects, 
• Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on business processes,
• Making diagnoses and evaluating measurement results, 
• To follow the MSA, Risk Analysis, Cost of poor quality activities of the relevant departments
  
• Maintaining communication with customers regarding quality issues.
