MAT Filtration Technologies was established to provide the highest possible efficiency equipment and services on water filtration technology. Specifically, MAT was established in 2012 in Izmir, Turkey and was founded by fish husbandry industry experts. Our expertise in animal husbandry for over 35 years is our biggest competitive advantage. Furthermore, we understand animal behavior and we know in depth the operational needs to run properly a facility. Our company develops and tests the equipment's performance and ensures its ease of operation in our marine fish quarantine facility in Izmir. In addition, we have designed our organization to deliver successfully and on-time-demanding projects in any part of the world. Finally, MAT has developed to become a design, manufacturing and contracting leader in the field of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and specialty filtration technologies. Currently, we employ over 270 highly-skilled staff of multiple nationalities.

We are looking for a Product Engineer with the qualilifications below:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in Product Management or a related field of study.
• Understanding of marketing and analytics processes.
• Must have excellent communication skills to be able to work effectively with customers and clearly explain complex technical issues.
• Must have Solidworks Composer knowledge and graphic design.
• Must have common sense and logic to be able to understand customer requirements and to effectively transfer them into designs needs.
• Requires creativity to find new solutions or alternatives to design options.
• Being able to lead a core team.
• Deep analytical, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in ERP solutions and BOM management.
• Communicate technical-related inquiries across the company and customers.

Duties:

• To manage the entire development cycle, from creative conceptualization of the product to publish.
• To create and execute the strategy and vision of digital products and services.
• create and manage a product roadmap, prepare Data Sheets, Operation Manuals, etc. all technical documents related with the product as well as Renders.
• To follow the latest trends in the sector and to create ideas according to company targets.
• To work to set new goals and targets in line with the vision of the product.
• To use the right product correctly and presenting it to the market in line with company goals.
• To work closely with our customers, product teams, and cross-functional partners to build a comprehensive and frictionless experience for our users.
• To lead the team in BOM formations and ERP implementation.
