Qualifications

• A technical degree in mechanical / manufacturing / Industrial engineering is preferred or equivalent education.
• At least two years of direct experience in the automotive or production field.
• Excellent communication skills both in Turkish and English.
• Strong problem-solving attitude. 
• Experienced IATF16949 system and core tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC)
• Autonomy, organizational abilities, and interpersonal skill
• Analytical thinking, integrity, rigor, and tenacity,
• Ability to organize and facilitate cross-functional and intra-team meetings.
• Located in the Istanbul Anatolian side, especially in Maltepe, Kartal, Pendik, Tuzla, Gebze, Çayırova, and Darıca. 

 Responsibilities

• Assess and qualifies customer quality process,
• Receive the customer incidents and record them in the appropriate supports,
• Verify the implementation of immediate corrective actions.
• Building close communication with customers,
• Monitors customer-specific requirements regularly update,
• Manages and monitors customer complaint management process.
• Participates in functional 8D analysis and supports the team.
• Follows scrap rate for all processes and takes the countermeasure actions.
• Organizes and participates in daily meetings.
• Determines problems in all processes, makes on-place analyses, and takes preventive actions.
• Participates in quality studies such as preparing control plans and measurement documents, new launch requirements, MSA studies, and PPAP studies from conception through customer approval. 
• Submits customer PPAP documentation on time and for the first time true. 
• Updates control plan, FMEA, and related documents when it is necessary.
