QUALIFICATIONS 

Business Solutions Assistant to be hired for Mavi IT Department within Business Solutions Team. Excellent role for young IT professionals who wants to grow their project management in IT organization working very closely with internal business partners.

We are looking for a Business Solutions Assistant who have:

·         BSc or MSc degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering or related discipline,

·         Freshly graduated, eager to learn or has 1 year’s relevant experience in IT project & process,

·         Willing to learn new products and technologies, able to adapt easily to technological innovations and interested in project management,

·         Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL,

·         Analytical thinking, result and detail oriented,

·         Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a high-performing team,

·         Excellent command of both written and spoken English,

·         Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications.

·         JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Provide necessary Business Solutions and coordination in line with the needs of the departments,

·         Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects,

·         Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget,

·         Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility,

·         Planning and executing business solutions projects to monitor performance of retail processes,

·         Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques,

·         Report and escalate to management as needed,

·         Plan, organize and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
