Mavi is looking for a versatile, curious, self-driven Marketing Communication Assistant who will assist to Mavi’s marketing communication strategy. This role reports directly to the Marketing Communications Manager.
The primary objective of the role will be to support the brand communication while reinforcing Mavi’s brand positioning and mission to acquire and engage new and existing consumers, and drive sales across channels. This position is an opportunity for a proactive, self-motivated individual to be both creative and analytical to help accelerate self-growth in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE OF
- Support the innovative product development and pipeline strategy in support of brand's integrated marketing direction and priorities,
- Take active role ian carrying out necessary reports based on findings from consumer insights, social listening and CRM data,
- In collaboration with the Manager, support the preparation and the operation of detailed yearly marketing calendar through product collection with a focus on fast-growing categories, bestsellers, hero products, and brand-building channels,
- Be a part of Mavi’s Marketing Team; observe the development of product marketing strategy including product launch process and go-to-market strategy; Assist the operation phase of these processes.
- Follow up and help to analyze sales trends, category and collection performance, market intelligence and competition,
- Conduct ad hoc business analysis as needed; utilize analytics, engagement and effectiveness of the platforms, prepare reports based on those analysis,
- Help to support internal and external communication solutions for new and existing products as well as for the brand,
- Research the possibility of new marketing technologies across digital, mobile, and omnichannel platforms to enhance the customer experience, increase marketing reach and drive brand engagement in new and innovative ways.

EXPERIENCE WE EXPECT FROM
- At least 1-2 years Marketing Communication/Brand Management experience within retail/fashion industry or FMCG,
- Strong data analysis and follow-up skills– market, sales and global,
- Ability to read and interpret research data,
- Demonstrated executive presence, presentation, influencing, and collaboration across a broader team,
- Demonstrates agility– takes initiative, focuses on details,
- Actively displays curiosity, a desire to learn and grow, and an innovative mind-set,
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and manage staff at all levels.
