The world's leading wheel manufacturer Maxion Wheels is looking a "Customer Quality Engineer" for Maxion Inci Steel Commercial Vehicle Wheels (Jantaş) plant located in Manisa Industrial Zone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering)

• Proficiency in English and German (both written and verbal)

• Experienced on 8D and problem-solving techniques (Ishikawa, 5 why, etc.)

• Informed on IATF16949 Automotive Quality Management System, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA

• Excellent decision-making skills with a result-oriented approach

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Having analytical thinking and a systematic perspective

• Knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements and OEM Portals 

• High focus on continuous improvement

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications

• No obstacle to domestic and international travel

• Strong expertise in Customer claim and warranty processes

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive Industry 

• Ability to organise, travel and handle a customer site or warehouse visit at customer end when needed

Job Responsibilities

• Plays an active role in relationship management with customer companies to fully understand customers' requests for quality. 

• Takes part in all audit activities carried out within the company, such as quality system, process, customer, and supplier audits.

• Provides the necessary documentation and information support to instill quality awareness throughout the entire enterprise.

• Takes the necessary measures in coordination with the relevant departments to resolve customer complaints as soon as possible.

• Monitors customer portals regularly. In case of any deviation from the targets in the scorecards, inform the relevant processes and ensure that action is taken.

• Provides the necessary organization for all problem notifications from customers and manages 8D processes.

• Takes responsibility of at least one production line similar to process quality engineer

• Distributes special customer requests simultaneously issued

• Leads customer visits or audits relevant to quality processes
